Refund Policy. We want you to be happy with your order. Here is how returns and refunds work at Shabimalux. Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached. Email adanawale12@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, and items marked non-returnable at checkout, cannot be refunded or exchanged. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
